Open Role: Sales & Operations Coordinator (Part‑time, ~20 h/week)

Sales & Operations Coordinator

You are an organizational talent and enjoy a broad scope across Sales, Backoffice, and Communications. Your primary focus is Inside Sales (quotes, invoices, follow-ups, renewals), complemented by light, well-structured backoffice and communication tasks.

  • Start date: December 1, 2025
  • Location: Ainring / Greater Salzburg area

Responsibilities

Sales (primary)
  • Prepare quotes and invoices (EN/DE)
  • Written communication with prospects and customers
  • Follow up on quotes and proactively manage renewals
Backoffice
  • Pre‑accounting for our tax advisor
  • Process payments and coordinate payroll
  • Send friendly payment reminders when needed
Communications
  • Optional: coordinate with marketing on light social media updates

What you bring

  • Excellent written English and German; friendly, clear style
  • Reliable, detail‑oriented work ethic
  • Technical curiosity; able to answer basic product questions
  • Nice to have: experience with DATEV Auftragswesen next
