1. Organizer
The giveaway is organized by syntevo GmbH, Germany (hereinafter referred to as "Organizer").
2. Prize
The prize is one (1) LEGO® Set for Adults. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if required.
3. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to all conference attendees who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and immediate family members of syntevo GmbH are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
Entry is free of charge. To enter, participants must complete the entry form at /events/win/ providing their first name, last name, and email address, and confirm acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Only one entry per person is permitted.
5. Entry Period
The giveaway opens at the start of the conference and closes on the last conference day at 12:25 PM (local conference time). Entries submitted after this deadline will not be considered.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries at 12:30 PM on the last conference day. The draw will be conducted by the Organizer or a designated representative. The decision is final and binding.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by email using the address provided at the time of entry. The winner does not need to be present at the draw to win. If the Organizer is unable to contact the winner within 14 days of the draw, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
8. Prize Delivery
The prize will be shipped to the winner after the conference. The Organizer will cover standard shipping costs. Any applicable import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the winner.
9. Data Protection
Personal data collected during the entry process will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and contacting the winner. Data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If the participant has also opted in to receive marketing emails, data will additionally be used for that purpose until consent is withdrawn.
10. General Conditions
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway at any time if circumstances arise outside its reasonable control.
